As have many, I have taken this test several times. Although I received that same overall score, I found myself growing in areas that were highly one sided and often falling more toward the middle opening more possibilities and according to what was stated above, improve my chances of success vs effectiveness. I see this as growth and maturity. Thank you so much.

I've been struggling to find my place in my career and to better understand what it is that I need to feel productive, appreciated and generally happy. I knew self discovery was the key.
